Starting as a Software Engineer, she carved her own path into creating Athena Leaders, a remote-first Management and Leadership consultancy. She is an award-winning Trainer and Leader with several years of experience working in the STEM sector.

Naily has an amazing ability to lead teams and projects, bringing clarity and processes to allow them to sleep better at night. Above all, she promotes a positive culture where leaders are able to grow and people thrive.

Her quest has always been to support the development of strong leaders and bring more laughter and play to organisations, using tools such as the DISC personality profile, other psychometric tools and more.

Where people are heard and supported, positive results are more likely to unfold. It is therefore her mission, as a Business Transformation Consultant, to seek solutions for companies in disarray.
